Data is organized in workspaces with members and permissions. Review who should participate and restrict invitations to people who need access to the records.
What AI needs to process
To analyze files and answer in chat, AI features may process messages, table structure, relevant data and document excerpts. Do not assume these features work without processing by external services.
Import review
Check proposed structures and records before confirming. AI can make mistakes. Try the sample file before uploading a confidential document and verify answers that inform decisions.
Privacy and questions
The privacy policy available in Portuguese describes data categories and service providers. Company identification details are still under review.
